Description
A vintage Azilal carpet knotted with soft premium wool quality. The carpet exhibits a field in natural undyed ivory layered with patterns created in three repeated colors. The composition shows a central string holding a primal interpretation of the female lozenges flanked by strings with a more sophisticated pixeled style version. Low pile and all wool with cotton in the warp for strengthening which is very common on the carpets from the Azilal region. The carpet is in a very good condition.
