Description
Incredibly boldly patterned vintage Azilal carpet knotted with a field in natural undyed ivory. The composition shows a network of female lozenges overlayed with horizontal striping. The lozenges hold a variety of freestyle motifs in a surprising blend of colors. With yellow, coral, warm orange, cornflower blue, sea green, purple and a hint of bright pink. All wool with cotton in the warp for strenghtening. The carpet is in a very good condition.
