Description
A smaller sized Zayane carpet with a ground in fabulous shifts of magenta and a hint of red in the mix. This wonderful piece exhibits an asymmetrical composition with female lozenges varying in scale and interrupted by a row of arrow motifs. Estimated early 1970’s and very gracefully aged showing areas with minor age wear which add to its beautiful vintage charm. Low to medium pile with all soft wool. The carpet is in a good condition.
