A beautiful Mrirt carpet for the lover of intens shades of red. This vintage carpet is entirely devoid of motifs. The focus is on the subtle luminous texture and shifting hues of red. A lovely detail are the small contrasting selvedges. Very nicely finished with a flatweave band and long twirled tassels on both ends. Low to medium pile and excellent wool quality. Feels wonderful soft and dense under foot! The carpet is in a very good condition.
