A beautiful vintage example of the domestically crafted flatweaves from the High Atlas Mountain region. With a field handwoven in natural undyed ivory and brown wool enlivened with colorful patterns in pile construction. The intriguing composition shows abstract, freestyle impressions of the female lozenge, puppets, flowers and other motifs in bright red, cyan blue, sunny yellow, charcoal and hints of royal blue. This piece shows signs of usage with spots of henna and tea stains which add charm to its vintage soul. This flatweave is in a good condition.
