An extraordinary vintage rug from the Talsint region, where bold tribal geometry meets a dreamlike wash of color. This luminous piece radiates in soft mauve, pale yellow, lavender, peach, and sky blue, its pastel spectrum gently blending like desert light at dawn. Anchored by deep black motif outlines, the composition is visually grounded, giving structure and strength to its airy tones.

The layout unfolds in three vertical bands, separated by stepped checkerboard columns, a signature of Talsint weavings. Within these bands, large diamond medallions hold intricate interior motifs, checker patterns, crosses, and symbols drawn from Amazigh visual language. The lower portion of the rug shifts into a rhythmic series of upward-pointing chevrons and lozenges, a gesture of ascent and movement.

Despite its precise layout, the tonal blending and organic wool texture lend the piece softness and subtlety. Finished with kilim bands and short fringe, this rug is a beautiful harmony of symmetry and soul.
