Each item we send carries with it a certain truth, it is handmade, vintage or one of a kind. That means variations and imperfections are part of its story. For this reason, and due to complex customs processes, we are unable to accept returns.

We ask you to take time to measure, consider colors or ask questions. We’re here to help you choose with confidence.

If your item arrives damaged:

• Please take photos of the packaging before opening and of any visible damage to the item
• Reach out within 24 hours of receiving your parcel

We’ll respond with care and together we’ll find the best way forward, be it a refund, repair or replacement.
