Description
A more unusual older vintage Beni Mrirt carpet with a generous width. The carpet is knotted with a background in abrashed crimson red and orange. Sprinkled across the field are various diffused abstract motifs with one slightly distorted lozenge dominantly visible in shades of charcoal and brown. Nicely framed with dark brown selvedges and a flatweave band on both ends. Beautiful luminuos and silky soft wool quality. With time worn lower pile. This carpet is in a very good condition.
