Description
Beautiful vintage Beni Mrirt carpet with a tribal spirit. Knotted with a field in shades of abrashed orange and with a pattern in charcoal and ivory creating a perfect contrast. The composition displays an abstract network of female lozenges flanked by male protection symbolism at the borders. Very nicely finished with selvedges. Low to medium pile and all wool. A few areas show minor age wear adding vintage charm to the carpet. The carpet is in good condition.
