Description
This vintage Azrou kilim (flatweave) is woven with a background in dark red. The composition shows a string of four central large female lozenges holding intricate smaller motifs in red, white, magenta, orange, saffron yellow, pale green and pops of cornflower blue, framed with zigzag patterned borders. A handful of shiny metal sequins attached with small loops still remain adding a little sparkle to this beautiful carpet. The carpet is in a very good condition.
