Description
A very well preserved vintage Zayane kilim and an excellent example of skillful weaving. Its beautiful color palette is bright and arranged in repeated use of aubergine, burnt orange, sea green, red and white. The composition shows horizontal bands holding very intricate Berber motifs. A variety of female lozenges and chevron patterns divided into sections by small horizontal bands. Very nicely finished with long twirled fringes. A perfect size for under a dining table. The carpet is in a very good condition.
