A fabulous vintage Moroccan Azilal Carpet woven with a more unusual large width. The carpet has a dense pile construction and is embellished with a network of the classic lozenge motifs, similar to the weavings of the Beni Ouarain tribe. Hand-knotted with a field in natural ivory and patterned in tones of dark brown. A beautiful neutral piece with a tribal chic spirit. Both ends of the carpet show lovely decorated flatweave bands. The wool quality is excellent and very soft. The carpet is in a very good condition.
