Description
A vintage Beni Mrirt carpet with a prominent character. The carpet is very densely knotted with a field in abrashed shades of red with a subtle tangerine glow. The composition displays a slightly irregular network of single lined female lozenges knotted in charcoal and a little silver grey. With contrasting dark double sided borders. Low to medium pile and 100% soft wool. Nicely finished with a flatweave band and long braided tassels on both sides. This vintage piece is in a very good condition.
